Special measures related to COVID-19

The management of Square Victoria Maison Hôtelière would like to inform you that they care about the health, safety and comfort of their customers. We have implemented additional preventive measures in terms of hygiene, sanitation and training of our staff in order to reduce the risk of Covid-19 infection and thus maintain a healthy and safe environment for these customers and its employees.

We ask our customers to take note of the measures put in place by the establishment and to undertake to comply with the instructions dictated below, by accepting the conditions of sale at the time of booking.

Hygiene measures implemented:

  • Prohibition of access to the establishment to any person (worker, client, guest, etc.) presenting symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, difficulty breathing, loss of smell or taste), any person who has received a public health isolation order or from their doctor.
  • If a person develops symptoms of COVID-19 on site, he must leave the premises and return to his home as soon as possible, keep the management of the establishment informed by calling 819-451-5678 extension # 2 and contacting authorities at 1-877-644-4545.
  • We invite customers to disinfect their hands using the disinfectant dispenser available in the entrance hall. Wearing a mask is suggested in common areas, especially if the social distance of 2m is not possible.
  • We ask customers to respect a physical distance of 2 meters from other people circulating in the indoor and outdoor common areas
  • For stays of more than one night, the refreshment service (replacement of towels or sheets, emptying garbage, doing of bed, etc.) is only offered on request in order to avoid movement of cleaning staff in the room during the customer's stay. We ask the client to communicate with us either by email at reservation@squarevictoria.ca or by phone at 819-451-5678 extension # 1 to make a request.
  •  Daily disinfection of common areas is provided by maintenance staff and we also provide customers with disinfectant wipes.
  • We ask clients to avoid using the public bathroom on the ground floor
  • We encourage clients to view web tourism brochures. If however a customer uses a tourist or advertising leaflet at the reception we ask to keep it or otherwise, kindly deposit it in the box reserved for this purpose (24h withdrawal)
